Withdrawal Terms

Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo, the Italian Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to give any explanation and without any penalty, within the time limits and in the manner set out below.

1. Time limits for exercising the right

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to notify us

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement. The notification may be sent by email to the following address: [email protected].

3. Shipping costs for the return

In accordance with the legislation in force, the shipping costs for returning the products are governed as follows:

• Return due to a change of mind: Should you decide to withdraw from the purchase for personal reasons (second thoughts, colour not to your liking, etc.), the shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. You are responsible for the delivery of the goods until they are received at our warehouse.
• Return due to a defect or non-conformity: Should the product have manufacturing defects or not correspond to what was ordered, the shipping costs will be borne by us. In this case, we will provide a prepaid label or arrange collection through our contracted courier.

4. Condition of the leather goods

To be entitled to a refund, the products must be returned in a substantially intact condition. In particular:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging (including protective bags and branded boxes).
• All tags and warranty seals must be intact and must not have been removed.
• The leather must not show signs of wear, scratches, creases from use or stains caused by external agents (water, perfumes, creams).

5. Exclusions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised (for example: bags or accessories with engraved initials or modifications specifically requested by the customer).

6. Refund method and timing

Once we have received the return and verified the conformity of the product, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same means of payment chosen by the customer when placing the order.
